Default GTO resto-mod update 5-6
East Coast Supercharging finally received the diff and is almost finished rewiring the whole car. Great kit came with modern fuse panel and complete harness.

They are working on measurements for the drive shaft and should have it in by next week and ready to tune.

Thanks for the kinds words and although I can hold my own drag racing, I am awful at auto-x.

Suspension was completely revised with QA1 level 2 kit, coilovers, tube rolled A arms, 12 way adjustable shocks etc but she is not at all balanced at the 4 corners and comes in at nearly 3500 lbs (not bad for an old tank)

I would love to see Craig thrash this land yacht in the twisties but we'd need some serious R compound slicks to make it even worth bothering with.

In stock trim kids don't realize how slow they are/were. My daughter got fired up and said "go get 'em Dad" when we left a light lined up next to a fricken Civic. I reminded her that he would hand US our ass in stock trim.

"Fast" varies by year and keeps moving forward. The 1969 Kawasaki H1 500 was the fastest production motorcycle at the time running a blistering 12.4 sec 119 mph 1/4 mile.

The 2015 Kawasaki H2 ( street legal) ran a 9.62 @ 152 mph
