it is what it is, its just that since it was a professional hoop with springs adjustments and the backboard being huge, my sons and even neighbors were using it daily, it just sucks because i dont think i will be getti ng another one, yes this hoop was used alot

No, Smoked Sausage. I need to work on my shrimp boil. Sausage need to be cooked a little longer and the shrimp was a little over cooked. Also needed just a little kick. Did not put any hot spices in it. Needed just a little.

What's up folks
Becka and I played golf today. A beautiful fall day. I wish I could say my golf game was beautiful but alas it was not. After golf we went out to dinner. Started out with some very nice Wellfleet oysters and then some really nice Opah with orzo and veggies. Of course I had to have some of my favorite adult beverage too but since Becka is not drinking these days, driving was not a problem.
Ready to have my usual Rob.

You know the reason new england originated the sea food boil was because they only had one pot and didn't know what seasoning meant. They boiled everything! Fairly boring, and you have to add a lot of salt to the water to get any flavour from it.
I'd probably boil and drain the corn, and stir fry it with the rest of it in a wok like pan, where you can add seasoning and quick cook those shrimp (just until they turn colour) and a big squeeze of lemon at the end. Mmmmm...

I'd probably precook the sausage and drain most of the fat off before you stir fry sautee it all.
