Not totally remove, just have to remove enough fasteners to pull back the top enough to remove old and install new.

Yup. Did the rear to install a carbon fiber diffuser. Did the front to install a carbon fiber splitter. Both by myself. Many hours were spent, and a few beers consumed.

Now that you've done a few how long does it take?

I've read some install threads elsewhere and apparently it's a PITA and takes a lot longer than what is purported by the seller of those lights?

FWIW I like the look.
First one we did was mine, took 3 of us about 4 hours, video said 1/2 hour......bullshit.
2nd and 3rd ones about 2.5 to 3 hours.
4th one, about 2 hours.
Yesterday's 5th, about 1.5 hours.
Learned the short cuts as we go along.
Easiest way we found that works the best, you install the new bezel first, secure that all tight, then the tail light.
