Burgers
I know everyone has grilled up a burger in their time - Who has a "trick" that they like to do when cooking some home burgers that makes them unique from others?
I like to add onion soup mix to my ground beef before making the patties, and sometimes even mix in some grated cheese. What tricks do you have? |

I like the flavor of beef, so nothing extra added to it except for cheese.

Always - fresh ground black pepper, fresh ground salt, and garlic powder.
Also, sometimes, BBQ sauce and add in real bacon bits before making the patties. Some people throw an egg in to help keep it all together. Just don't add to much BBQ sauce or the patties will fall apart. |
