I don't recall the name of it, the crabbies, the cabbies or some crap like that. Well, it was a great show of tearing down the white men and it continued on in this morning squawk shows.

It was an opportunity to fire up the Oprah run for the President of the United States!

They hailed the #metoo bullshit. There should have a #imawhore movement also.

I have never watched these award shows. Entertainment industry has a way over inflated opinion of themselves.

What was interesting is that my wife who has for years always watched the Oscars, GG, Emmys, etc said she would rather watch the final round of the golf tournament from Hawaii. Even she has had her fill of the political BS

but all the women stop and smile, and show off what they are wearing.

i'm greatly confused.

It's really a shame what's going on in the US -- I used to be a news junkie and enjoyed watching the entertainment shows.

Starting about the time GW was in office, everything started becoming far too political. Everything has be be viewed in the light of national politics or political correctness.

I just can't stand to watch national news, awards shows, or late night hosts any more.

Pisses me off. Bastards changed my life, and not for the better.

I'll tell you one thing. All those women usually wear little teaser dresses with lots of cleavage and leg showing BUT this year with it's "bad men attackers" theme there was none of that, or very little. Just a little bit hypocritical to me. If you tease wild animals long enough a few of them are bound to attack. they should share a smidgen of blame on the whole topic. Who the hell goes to a man's hotel room late at night anyway?

I am starting to think it may not be so much political as it is self interest. I have noticed our local talking heads on all local channels are doing news stories on themselves, their families, personal interests and causes more so than covering the news.

Shouldnt be to long before they start openly belching political preferences over unbiased reporting....
