They can look beautiful, but you still must destroy them. The messaging is clear: If you see a Spotted Lanternfly, you must destroy it. As much as I don't like doing it, I've been stomping them because of the apparent damage they can do.

I should have made it more clear, where I live on the beach I have not seen any....yet ...but when we are up north watching grandson they are there....sons of bitches will hop away from you but it seems after the 5th jump they must need to catch their breath that's the time to stomp on them

With the exception of ants and creepy crawlers that are in my house I won’t kill a living thing.

I do eat meat but I buy it at the supermarket so that an animal isn’t harmed.

True in a strange way.....it was killed and butchered already so why waste any of it
