The NextDoor app is a joke, we have so many sob stories in Florida on that thing its laughable and the stories may or may not be true. One woman said her family moved locally so the husband could get a job at the new Costco and now they have no place to live and two kids.

They haven't even broken ground for Costco yet - and then there are the shuttle commander twits, "Hello Everybody, I'm Mandy, 21 single and just moved into the area in the XXX subdivision and love jogging just before sunrise". Geezuz H Keerist.

I've had the highest deductible since I've owned homes. The cost has been very low, and well worth the piece of mind.
