No reason she should have one anyway. She isn't an elected official or working for the .gov

Same with that FBI guy, media made a big deal out of it.


Now, if you are working in the private sector handling sensitive information, that's different. Say if you are an engineer for Lockheed or something. My father held a clearance for awhile working for an architectural firm and having to visit military installations. (He was in on designing Hangars/Buildings for the Army)

The higher the security clearance... the more buck$ you can get as an a consultant to a major company. It was risky for her to still hold onto the clearance.

There is a rumor going around that her legal team... knowing she would eagerly sell whatever intel she get her hands on... told her they would no longer represent her if she did any of that.

I think they feared that Trump really would arrest her and them for treason/espionage.
