arm and hammer baking soda, mix with water to make a paste, use a sponge.

In between cleanings you can use a "squeegy" after each shower to remove the water before it leaves streaks and spots.

OP, you can mix up cleaners and work to get off the calcium deposits, or you can just use muriatic acid to make an easy job of it. Then use a squeegee after every shower. If you wish I can wait in the shower until you're done, and then I'll use the squeegee.
