Low Carb Peanut Butter Fudge

Low Carb Peanut Butter Fudge:

Ingredients:
-2 sticks of unsalted organic butter
-1 cup of organic peanut butter
-2 oz. of cream cheese
-48 drops of liquid sweetener
-8 packages of Truvia
-1⅓ cup Rocky Road flavored protein powder

Directions:
-Melt butter, peanut butter, & Truvia in microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes; whisk well.
-Whisk in the cream cheese until well blended and smooth.
-Whisk in the liquid sweetener & protein powder until well blended and smooth.
-Line baking dish with nonstick foil. Spread the fudge mixture in dish and chill or freeze until set.

For a different taste you can also add sugar free chocolate chips to the mix.
