They also respond very well to even light mods although you may want to reconsider lowering ride height. It usually does little more than throw off suspension geo and tear up the nose on curbs.

Only time I've seen lowering work well (for the average car, not a highly modified track setup) is when it is done in conjunction with matching suspension upgrades.

Either way you'll have plenty of fun with 'er

Used M3, M5 Acura TL or a new Civic Si sedan. With two kids I had have a backseat. I just couldn't bring myself to spend double for a used BMW. It nearly impossible to find a four door car with a six speed.
