Dash cam advice *paging VatorMan*

Looking for a high quality/dependable model that shoots front and rear.

I'll be using it mostly to record any potential shenanigans if needed for proof in court and to shoot portions of benefit cruises.

There's a TON of them on Amazon and I could use some recommendations.

I cut off models below $150 for that reason.

If you don't care about front+rear and only front, I've been happy with the Rexing dash cam.

No matter what you get, I'd suggest getting a hard-wire kit (look in the reviews) and of course you'll need a Class 6 SIMM (32 GB works great.) The two-camera model comes with a SIMM BTW, making it even a better deal.

There are a lot of dashcams better than mine on the market right now. Just make sure that you get one that has GPS and software that allows you to show what you want. IE- don't rat yourself out for speeding etc....

I have the same one you have, works pretty good, I just forget to turn it off a lot.

This one is arriving today. Will be interesting to see how it works, mounts etc.
Comes with a 128G card.
