Got some ribs on, they got about three more hours still. Mustard smear and Memphis Dust dry rub. Charro beans, homemade cole slaw, and a coconut cream pie for dessert (my FIL loves coconut cream pie, it doesn't suck...)

Dry rub. Some garlic cloves drilled in. 225 indirect for final temp of 140. Expected it to take about 4 hours, was done in 2 and a half. Keeping warm in oven now.
