I used to MAKE that kind of gear, some of it for a BDSM nightclub, ran in West Atlanta Ga. for a while, me and a welder buddy got into it, I still have a full set of Florida Cypress 4x4 legs/arms from a BDSM whipping cross....the steel piece is missing though....built a fake head chopper, guillotine..... the noise was LOUD when the blade came down show stopper LOUD!!!
steel dancing cages for strippers to dance in stone naked....about 20' in the air suspended by cables.....stuff built into the walls, torture tables....I forget the names of most of the gear..... it was tested pretty good, too dangerous to let it fail....overbuilt was the code.... The club was a mafia operation, yeh, we figgered THAT, and so I got to shake hands with a 'made man'....  but the club folded and changed into a legit niteclub/restaurant/bar....not the bux maker they wanted.....so the gear was 'repossessed' with their encouragement....so it was sold down south here in Florida.....
