Schlumberger wins...
For the second year in a row, she chooses the lower paying job for a more challenging work opportunity. The complexity and "newness" of the work that she'll be doing at Schlumberger is far in excess of what Boeing offered. With Boeing, she would be pigeon-holing herself into being a manufacturing engineer, same gig she did for 2 years at Cummins. At the end of the day, she wants challenges and new shit.
Schlumberger...here she comes. And that was a TOUGH call. Financially, Boeing dwarfed their offer. Good for her to not chase the money just yet, and build her skills and her brand. At the end of the day, the money will catch up with her, as it should. Keep rocking G!
