I've found running the water with PW off until flows from gun keeps it from airlock and stalling.
I have an electric unit also does a decent job around the house. |

If it's hard to start, rebuild the carburetor and change out the spark plug.
I got rid of my gas one years ago after using my son's electric. It's just so easy to store and move around for the small jobs that I do. And the auto stop is great- far better than constantly re-starting a gas engine. |

If that's your price point, just pick whatever color you like. They're disposable units with questionable quality chinese engines and pumps. Expect to replace it in a couple seasons if you actually use it. At the very least, throw away any oil it comes with, use your favorite brand and change it after running it for 15 minutes. I'd probably do 2 oil changes before putting it into service.
If you're looking for something a little better, check Simpson and BlackMax. Look for a Triplex pump from Cat, General Pump or Karcher. Is electric not an option? I have both and I find myself using the electric out of convenience. |

I've had the same PC 3500psi 4gpm 13Hp Honda AR triplex for the last 29 years. Runs like new and used for weeks at a time once a year.
Even if not run, it starts up on 2nd choked pull with the trigger held open. Run on 1/3 rpm until warm and then full throttle. Try not to ever release trigger while running (pumps last much longer) Only mods are inline fuel filter and Mobil1 synthetic oil. Run dry of fuel when storing. You won't find a good one for less than 1k That said, many use the cheaper throw aways with little issue. Just don't compare. |
