Default Join me tomorrow live streaming show
Tomorrow May 15, 6pm-7:30pm central we are doing a live streamed show with live audience and full production.

Consider joining me to catch this show. I’ll be doing the singing with Tommy Taylor on drums from Christopher Cross and Eric Johnson with Bass from Johnny Winter’s long time bassist and the most recorded contempary blues artist in America Kaz Kazanoff.

This is an unrehearsed show and the first time in 15 years I have sang an entire show.

The live stream has a “donate what you want” structure and we sure could use the boost if you want to catch the show. I’ll do a shout out to the Barn!

I have not heard those tunes in years!

I'm writing the introductions to read tonight. I need to pad my resume to hang with these guys.

My next guest hails from the Manhattan jazz scene and is most known for his long association as Johnny Winter’s bassist. He has recorded and/or performed with Taj Mahal, Dr. John, Randy Travis, GE Smith, Asleep at the Wheel, and so many more - We just call him Mark - Mark Epstein on bass!

I have followed this man’s work for over thirty years when I first heard him on Delbert McClinton’s Grammy nominated Live From Austin album.

He is one of the premier saxophonists in the business and has worked with James Cotton, Otis Rush, Hound Dog Taylor, Jimmie Vaughan, Marcia Ball, Anson Funderburg. His incredible horn section The Texas Horns have performed with the Allman Brothers and pretty much everyone else - Mark “Kaz” Kazanoff on saxophone.

Pete Monfre has wrestled bears in the Antarctica, hunted down diamond thieves in Bangkok and built tiny houses for extraterrestrials in his own backyard.

Woof. I’m beat. Left the house at 2:30pm. Just got back at 9:30pm. For $97.
