Those who hate him will always hate him, no matter what. In his stead, I certainly couldn't imagine Hillary (or Bill, for that matter) or Obama making anything even close to this gesture. If you cannot understand the meaning of this I feel sorry for you.

Please try to understand the weight of this image. This soldier lost both arms. The feeling of a handshake is now lost to him.
Trump realized this, and so touched his face, so he can feel the human connection.

This is what I see when I think of Trump's motives. He gave up a billionaire lifestyle to now be insulted, dragged through the mud, and lied about, on a daily basis.

All to save this country and people he loves.

People can say what they want about President Trump, but not for one second do I think he doesn't have America's best interest in mind. It is sickening to watch what the swamp is attempting, and if a number of people do not end up in prison, I will have truly lost faith in my country.

Thanks for the pm Norm. What was suspicious to me was the combined “SgtMaj” and EOD on that one line. Marines don’t have Sergeants Major in EOD. An E-9 in EOD would be a Master Gunnery Sergeant.

Seeing the additional info I understand he is a retired SgtMaj who grew up in EOD. Makes sense now. At least to me, a guy who spent three decades as a Marine.

I saw that too, but I figured he wanted to get his 2336 MOS in there as well.
