Yours was sent 1/21/19 at 8:02am (CT), and it didn't bounce. Whatever the issue was there, is different and beyond my control.

In Jeff's case, no email was actually sent, and he appears to be the only one affected. Notices for the (2) stalls that were expiring in January were sent, and the next stalls to expire aren't until the end of March. Rather than wait until then, I'll apply a subscription to a test account and test it for a few days to confirm this was just a one time glitch.

I suspect it an anomaly, as it's been years since I made any changes that might affect this, and as the post above confirms, such emails were being delivered in Jan. But again, I'm still investigating.
