Once again I was in the industry so I always watched it .....until it became so political it was painful......wife wanted to see Queen open so I had it on.....I thought they sucked and not even 7 minutes in some slag said something about ...Mexico not paying for the wall so off it went and that was it.

Anyone watch the show

I didn’t watch it but my wife did. She said after that initial comment you mentioned, that is far less political than the last couple of years. Doesn’t matter to me since I have no interest in watching self important people congratulating themselves

I did, for about 5mins! I haven't watched Hollywood award shows for years but this year I was drawn in to the live performance with GaGa and Cooper, also to get leads on some movies I might not have heard of. Figured just put it on in the background while I tinkered in the garage but son of a bitch! First presenters, three women and one of the first comments was something about "...and no Mexico isn't paying for the wall"
