Spent the morning moving shit to get to water kine needing heat tape, then running tape insulating again, spray foaming joints and moving all the shit back. Th e ole back n knees are screaming...
Hit a couple of grocery stores for grub n sodas, came away with about half of what went in for.
Warm day so back outside see if can make hands and shoulders hurt too. Woo hoo.
