Default Russo and Steele Scottsdale, AZ Jan 21*** Thread 1 of 2
On Friday few miles before I got to the Barrett-Jackson Auction I noticed another auction going on next to the freeway. I went there on Saturday and this one is the Russo and Steele Collector Automobile Auction.

They have a smaller crowd and that was nice.

Pete, you don't know how close I came to buying a 95 pace car for about 1/2 the price of my ZR-1.

There was an old guy a few miles away who has a really clean one- but since it was an automatic was why I didn't get it. I definitely like the way they look.

Wow, well people go their choosing and the old saying "to each ts own"

Id say for 1/2 the price I would had bought it and paint it Dark Red Metallic. DRM looks bitchen on a Vert

I got to say this about automatics; they are great for cruising. I got another thread coming. I took a cruise to the Theodore Roosevelt lake and I think the ZF would had been a bit of a PITA.

Ive always been attracted to the L88s. Their radio delete option to save 1 pound is an unique option on the C3s.

That Vette was clean, I looked, looked all over and lets call it a perfect paint job, Q-Tip cleaned and even smelled good inside. I didnt know it sold so high until MidAmerica posted the video on Facebook.
