If the six remaining have gotten all of their demands met, but are still unwilling to support McCarthy, I'm not sure what else can be done to sway their vote.

The members not shown have cast every vote for McCarthy.

Boebert said they presented McCarthy with a list of demands in December if he wanted them to make him speaker. I don't remember the entire list, but a few stood out in my mind:
1 = Each earmark must get its own separate up or down vote. No more package deals and omnibus bills.
2 = Any member can propose an amendment to any bill that is brought to the floor if that Amendment will result in spending less money.
3 = Every bill that is passed in committee gets a floor vote. No longer could the speaker independently control what was and wasn't allowed to be voted on.
4 = Any member can call for a no-confidence vote to determine if they need a new speaker should they lose confidence in the speaker to remain faithful to the Constitution. This was a real thing, though rarely used, until Pelosi deleted it from the House rules. The Freedom Caucus wanted it restored in case McCarthy decided to later renege on the deal that made him speaker.

There were more things on the list, but I can't remember them all. Anyway, McCarthy agreed to the list very grudgingly in December and everyone went home for Christmas thinking he'd be speaker in January. However, on the first day they all met in January to vote, McCarthy laughed off his deal and refused to abide by it.

OK, so what? They had the votes to keep a Speaker from being elected, without R's suiciding and voting for Jeffries. They should have just done that. I know how that feels. I would be willing to go sit in Congress every day for the next two years and simply vote against McCarthy out of spite.

A judge or attorney that even thinks you know anything about Jury Nullification will get you out of there warp speed fast They really hate to have someone with that knowledge interfering with their game plans.

Obviously, we didn't mention that up front. It was a 6 person misdemeanor DWI case. Doubtful the prosecution spent any time researching the prospective jurors, and this was before social media, anyway.

FWIW, jury nullification has a long, celebrated history in common law. Here in the US, juries used it to find people charged with helping escaped slaves, not guilty. That pissed off Democrats of the day, so they started clamping down on it. But it doesn't change anything. As a juror, you are the finder of not only the fact, but the law, and if you find the law is unconstitutional, or morally repugnant, or just simply wrong, or wrongly applied in your particular case....well, that's the power you as the juror have. It's the most power a random citizen not in government will ever have. Use it wisely. See that the right thing is done.
