Frustrating as hell, isn't it? Occasionally, part of my duties was to interface with TSA and with the ignorance alone with respect to procedures and f*ckin' common sense, I felt like kicking them in the ass and telling them to get the hell out of here. You can't follow each minute nuance of the procedure to the letter of the book, there has to be flexibility and that common sense thing going, most of them were too stupid to understand that.

So glad I'm retired now.
