house is the biggest MESS, and not worth 60k.....it's not but walking distance from me here.....there is another one too, actually TWO more all messed up like this joint, but not to the extreme this one is.....

the pipes coming out of this 'pool' around the edges, are amusing to say the least......look for the door coming out of that krazy addition off the house, open the door and jump into the pool......surprised any inspector would approve THAT!!!

KD and fill that pool with dirt, and MAYBE the joint could be ok, the bathhouse has a toilet, so good for a workshop.....

But Barry may want it for the bathhouse......
