2014 Chevrolet SS: This Is It, But Forget The Manual

This is it, but no manual. I'm not sure what the value proposition is go this over the Charger? Both are big, 4 door, V8, rear drive, American cars that come in auto only.

The difference being that the dodge looks a better.

As long as the straight line performance is similar, I couldn't see buying this over the dodge.

(Not sure it is the charger or challenger, I know dick about dodges)

Why they don't offer a manual is beyond me. It can't be because of cost- manuals are cheaper. GM is just stupid sometimes.

Wouldn't a manual with a over drive gear (similar to the vette) return better mileage?

Or am I missing some other CAFE regulations. I'm pretty ignorant on the subject.

My guess is that as much as some of us really like clutch pedals most of 'Merica can't be bothered and the market wasn't there.

No, they are not. It is a Holden, made in Australia.
