I drink a couple pots every day. My biggest problem is resisting the urge to kill everything. Most of it isn't even alive to begin with. So far so good

Sometimes reading helps me. I've always had bouts of insomnia, though. Ever since I can remember. All my sisters suffer from it, too. And I see it manifesting in my daughter, as well.
