Wedding ring for 47 years, wife got me a gold chain necklace years ago - it sits in the home safe. I wear a cheap Citizen eco-drive watch I never have to fiddle with to replace batteries or wind with a neoprene band. I'm terribly destructive on attempts to "accessorize" me from the wife. She's constantly telling me I need a "man purse" to haul all my shit around each day. That'll be a cold day in hell.

Many years ago 2 different rings tried costing me fingers and necklaces are always getting in the way so no. I couldn't tell you where wedding ring is at even.

For me it began as a safety issue and I really don't like that crap.

Been married over 53 years, had a nice wedding ring. I never wore it except on vacation as it was a serious hazard on my construction job or my PT job at my buddies speedshop/ garage!. Wife understood her father was a iron worker. Now since retired I ware it, it hardly comes off my finger.

Wife also gave me a small gold necklace years back after I retired and I do ware that, my always carried medical ID "Dog Tag" is attached to it

Wear a plain gold wedding band, bought at Service Merchandise, less than $100.
I have owned a few watches, some nice, never stuck with me, I think some are somewhere in nighstand drawer.
The wedding band always comes off when playing golf and when working on cars.

I would like to get one of those big ass mufuge gold braided rapper chains to match my lower grill, but cannot afford one.

When we got married my bride knew that we were only buying my gold wedding band for the ceremony.
It was on my finger for maybe a minute or two. And went to the pocket immediately. 34 years later I have no idea where it is and really don’t care.
