First Time Hearing , rock video reactions
You have probably seen a bunch of them ,
regular & slightly famous people hearing for the first time , popular songs in a genre that they are not used to ...... you have to skip thru the BS intos , right to when the song starts ....... skip to 1:40 skip to 0:50 skip to 0:48 Post up some , " First time hearing it" reviews ..... |

I have to admit reaction videos are sort of a guilty pleasure of mine. I watched one recently where a twenty something guy and his wife reacted to "Brian Wilson" by Bare Naked Ladies. They had no clue who Brian Wilson was.
This video is "Loan me a Dime" from the Duane Allman Anthology album recorded at Muscle Shoals in 1969 and released in 1972. It features Boz Scaggs with Duane Allman on the guitar and some good work by the Memphis Horns. Posting this not because the guy 'reacting' is funny or an idiot but because he only stops the song a couple times in the 12+ minute run time and seems to appreciate what I consider to be an amazing performance. If you don't enjoy blues scroll on. If you do and haven't heard this, give in 15 minutes of your time. |
