EDINBURG, Texas (CN) - A man's penis split open when a Thank You Nurses employee removed a catheter from him before deflating it, the patient claims in court.

Cruz Ramirez and his wife sued Thank You Nurses Limited in Hidalgo County Court. Cruz Ramirez claims Thank You Nurses was giving him medical care at home while he recovered from surgery.
"Part of this care involved the removal of a catheter device from his penis," the complaint states. "Defendant's employee negligently failed to properly deflate the device before removal. As a result, when the device was removed from plaintiff's penis, he suffered grave and serious injury.
"In effect, plaintiff's penis was split open."
Ramirez claim the "severe laceration of the penis" left him prone to urinary tract infections and caused him to lose "the ability to engage in marital relations."
Thank You Nurses Limited declined to comment Wednesday.
The Cruzes seek actual and exemplary damages for medical negligence.
They are represented by Jose G. Rivas of McAllen.

Why is it medical science is capable of successfully performing heart-lung transplants, but we are still stuck with having something shoved IN our pee-pee rather than fitting something AROUND our pee-pee to collect the pee.

This happened to me after a surgery when i was 10. Nurse came in and pulled the sheets down, told me she was going to deflate the catheter, but...it wouldnt, for whatever reason it would not deflate....

So she grabbed my shaft, and told me to hit the morphine button, and count to 10.....SNAP...HO LEEE FUKCCCCCKKKKK. I dont think I blakced out, but there was blood...the ****in thing was huge, to me it looked like a damn blood pressure bulb...

I dont know if it counts as my first handjob...but, it was not pleasant at all.
