This happens only when somebody screwed up putting the plug in originally. Either cross threaded or loose.

Cylinder head plus r&r would cost 1700 ish .. 195 sucks but a hell of alot better!

They go by many names, Keenserts are another one. Not sure if this was mentioned before,but make sure anti-seize is used on everything that is threaded into aluminum.

I have enough for 9 days...probably going to get some of the swelling. I was on Mobic to loosen up the muscles in my lower back...it helped, but he said this should do a better job. I start physical therapy Wednesday.

Have to put red loctight on the insert, anti seize on the plugs .. then good to go!

Uh one was an extraction for someone else putting it in too tight while hot The other was on me. Forgot the anti seize
