i am so incredibly pissed off right now

when i came home at lunch there was a flat bed truck parked in front of my garage. i figured they were going to move it sometime today... but NO!!!!!!!!!!!

f'ing truck is still there and i dont know whose it is and i cant get my car in the garage. my car DOES NOT stay outside. and... to top it off... its supposed to freaking rain!!!!!!!!!!!
