On a talk show yesterday they had a former head of the British MI 6 (like our CIA). He said the action in Syria was good since it will put the world on notice that if anyone uses gas in against a military or civilian target there will be a price to pay.

I concur. Glad we didn't do it alone and had the British and French with us.

Everyone that goes through Army basic training has to go through the gas chamber and will remember it the rest of their life. I felt so bad coming out of the chamber and if I could talk, I would have asked the DI to shoot me if he had a weapon.

While I do not disagree with anything said above, I DO think it is a good thing that we dusted off some of our military equipment and have shown that the line in the sand MEANS something again. 👍🏼🇺🇸

The problem with Korea and Vietnam the dam politicians wouldn't let the military conduct the wars. The Islamic fundamentalist what to control the world. They have to be stopped and any leader who would order the use of gas that takes down women and children needs to be dealt with . I back President Trump.

We woke up the next morning and I heard my wife say "they did it"
I knew exactly what she was talking about.
All I though was... Perfect timing.
A few days after the gas attack, a Friday night, and Trump tweeted Stalin to GTFO,with enough warning, because it's gonna happen..
If they chose not to listen, oh well... You were warned.
No one on this Earth should approve of gas attacks on civilians.
I hope Asaad gets the point.... And as someone mentioned earlier, the rest of the world....

Russia is saying they brought down 71 out of the 103 cruise missiles with their defense shield.

Now they know how bad they performed against an overwhelming cruise missile attack. Maybe just let them blow hot air and rein in the animal they are backing.

If the Russians did that, the US now knows what the Russian defensive system looks like while turned on. Good luck with the outcome if and when a next time happens.
