I had a first today. A corvette show at a cemetery. It was their annual community appreciation day and dedication. They gave us a nice swag bag with lots of nice stuff, including a bottle of red and white wine. They also put out a great spread of food, with hot dogs, burgers and sausage, with all kinds of salads and desserts, and soda fountain drinks, and it was all free. Strangely enough, it was a very nice day.

Let's just say I don't worry about a little extra salt on my food in the summer. That's all gatorade has over water. Beer's better!

Electrolytes are basically salt, plus a few other minerals like potassium. Think of sea water, that's the most concentrated form of electrolytes. I can't have potassium......it's bad for my heart, and I tend to run high potassium naturally, so no Gatorade or bananas for me.
Ok Charles, going to watch the tube for a while, later man.

Our current kitchen, 16x11, has 44 drawers, 13 lazy Susan's, the cabinets, including all lumber, hardware, cost about 7500. Took me a year to build and install. Now with a heated shop, I could do that same work faster.
