He finally got in at 11pm! At least they fed him on the five hour ride. 3 freight train cars derailed on the same line they were on in front of them so they were redirected hundreds of miles out of their way. First time that's ever happened and he rides the rails quite a bit.

Getting ready to go do the grocery shopping, the wife made the list and hope I get it right. She walked up and down the driveway this morning, but then went back to bed. She has to exercise daily, but I guess it still hurts to walk. It takes time, but she is doing a great job, with recovery.

Took the old boy to a local car show today. It's always funny to take an old dude to a car show....."I remember uncle Joe had one just like that in 1939!" Here's two beauties of about a hundred that were there.....

Good Morning Wendy .......not that big, only about a hundred cars. Weekends here in the summer are not too busy, everyone heads out of town to cottages or at least to water somewhere to keep cool in this heat. Five beaches right in town as well for those who stay. what do you do to keep cool in 100 degree heat.....YIKES!

Oh ya, there are about 700 Hell's Angels in town this weekend for their four year get together, but they keep mostly to their compound, although the paper had pics of some of them up on Parliament Hill playing tourist!

Too hot up here for top down cruising with NO ac. this evening will be great. Nothing like a warm summer's night with the top down cruising.
