I posted about this a week ago. Some of the testing indicates it can keep you from getting the virus as well as killing it once you have it. |

I was told several months back that I needed to start taking a vitamin D supplement daily. So, I purchased what the doctor told me was the right amount and been taking it.
Today, I see an article stating that taking vitamin D might lessen the effects of the Coronavirus. https://www.foxnews.com/opinion/form...with-vitamin-d I am not saying that it will work, but I will say in the past week to week and a half, I have had a horrible headache that would not go away. Almost like a hangover feeling but I rarely drink and when I do, I limit myself to one drink a night. |
