Hope it was latex so he could clean himself off easy enough.....mell of a hess for the crews though...looks like a whole damn drum worth but at a minimum maybe as little as 15 gallons.....

Most road pain is latex because it dries so fast. However, it lasts only 1-2 years, so most States use thermoplastic dry paint, liquid thermoplastic paint, or "Hot Tape".

Driver stupid.

Driver not slow down then stop. Driver don't tie stuff down. Loose buckets. Driver get bath.

Driver lucky only get paint bath.
