F*cking continental/united airlines

These bastages cant get a flight to leave on time or even take off. Yesterday i had two flights cancelled and the counter lackeys couldnt say why. They put me on the firstflight to houston this morning and it was cancelled... to much fog and airport was shut down. so, after being told all flights on other airlines were full, i was a bit pissed. I was even more pissed when i called the 800 number, was put on american airlines an hour and a half later, and was sitting with a large group of people who were also told there were no seats available on any flight from killeen.

Lesson learned again: tell my boss a few extra bucks is worth skippinv the cheapest flights w/ unitex/co.tinental. They never depart on time, are always a hassle, and regularly lose my luggage. I never have issues wigh ogber airlines.

as long as your boss is not paying you OT for off hours travel, i doubt he cares that you are wasting your day trying to get somewhere.

but over all, the company MORE than made up for it.....great group of men,

Whenever they cancel a flight and switch you to another airline, be sure to thank them for the upgrade.

When I get into these shitty shituations with folks on the firing line, I really try to make sure they understand that it's not personal with them, but I cuss out management but good, if I can find the correct term, sometimes we just laugh together over it.....funny how many clerks totally agree but if you find the right term, they will break down laughing, and agreeing.....

course aircraft can't fly in shitty weather, that much is obvious....

I dont get overtime since i am salary. Any extra hours are comp time and i really work only when i travel. All other times i watch my computer from the house and wait for a mission to come up, so i really have more off time than actual work. Just tbe nature of the game until our program picks up more speed after the summer.

Wife is a traveling and sometimes on site book keeper, the vast majority done over the net, IF they leave their computers on.....if NOT, oh well....

but she charges for travel time, under my insistence to cover the damn GASOLINE if nothing else but tires....I used to as a home remodeling contractor, I had a good clue what my T&E and truck overhead was....

back then it was only maybe a hundred bux/job added on to the week's worth of work, but it paid that section of overhead....today, screw me running, have to add on probably 400 bux/job...easy....

Was it on a mainline flight or were you on a Regional Jet? Chances are if it was a regional jet/prop plane, it was due to under staffing. All the regional airlines are understaffed.

This is the last f*cking time I fly this airline. So far a 30 minute delay is showing an hour+ delay getting to houston. No more Uited/contineental ...EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You obviously hve no f*cking idea what an on-time departure means as three of my last four flights were cancelled (two without reason) and my forth just now delayed by one hour. I see a pattern here and have come to the conclusion that you, your operations managers, and pilots have no clue how to hit the mark. You probably couldn't hit land if you one of your planes fell out of the f*cking sky over dry land.

Don't bother sending a form letter response or even offering things to make me happy as I'll never park my ass in a seat on board one your aircraft again.

I pray that you all get stuck in n airport waiting on your flight with bitchy wives who are on the rag. You deserve it.

P.S. My last flight was great when you had to rebook on one of your competitor's flights. I'm thoroughly pleased with Delta and I'd like to thank you for showing me they are a much air travel provider than you could ever hope to be after merging two of the shittiest airlines together.
