Throughout my entire life every president made excuses as to why the US couldn't be energy independent. And that peace in the Mideast was just around the corner. So we relied on the Arabs, who hate us, for oil, and made them fabulously wealthy. They used that wealth to finance threats against our only ally in the region. And they hated us more, to the point that they hijacked our planes into our buildings.

Then Trump came into office and within a few short years we were energy independent. Then the Arabs respected us to the point that they recognized Israel as a state.

Kamala Harris has exactly the same percentage of African DNA in her blood as I do. Coincidentally, Elizabeth Warren has exactly the same percentage of native American DNA in her blood as I do.

That said, I'm sure Obama would sign off on dumping Harris, so long as the replacement was actually of African descent, and preferably a woman. I'm sure the usual suspects will be trotted out again, like Abrams.
