Usually it's the Staties sitting there. I live North of there. What's the Officers name? Should be on the ticket.

This happened a while back and I shredded the ticket after making the mail-in payment to Glouchester Country coffers...just wish it was tax deductible...I've been driving up and down 17 between Norfolk and Winchester since 1977 and this was a first...I guess it was only a matter of time.
