Updated your entry in the "Success Stories" Post.

As for me, a surprising 203 lbs this AM (had been weighing in the 205lb range the past 4-5 days).

19 lbs lost. 1 more until 20 lbs lost, 3 more to hit 200 lbs.

I've tried measuring my waist with a measuring tape, but it doesn't really work. But I have moved from notch 4 on my belt to notch 7, the last notch.

Would not surprise me, but as long as it includes the sporty socks I have no problems...

I've been on vacation away from home since Saturday the 11th.

No scale, no control over meal preparation, LOTS of dinners out, and I succumbed to the Siren's Song of DoubleStuff Golden Oreos and managed to eat pretty much an entire package over the course of the last 4 days.

Going home Wednesday, scared for my Thursday AM weigh-in.

Last time I vacationed in March, I came back 2 lbs up and suffered 2 weeks of plateau afterward.

Going to try and kick-start my return home Wednesday by mini-fasting today and tomorrow and eating only dinner. Also upping my water intake from 64oz to 80oz as well. Chicken Breast for dinner tonight and tomorrow at my mother's house, no more dining out.

Her old school scale shows me at under 205 lbs, but no telling if it's accurate or not. I'm going to assume the worst and expect 207lb and back down to 15 lbs total loss on Thursday AM. I'll consider anything less gravy.

Unhappy

Ugh. The Damage.

206.5 lbs.

I had dropped into the 203s.

Probably take me 2 weeks to undo the damage, so an entire month of lost progress.

Good news is no more trips/vacation until October. So I should have 4 months of uninterrupted dieting. 4 lbs/month would get me under 190lbs by October for my little brother's wedding.

Grilling everyday this Memorial Day weekend, but fitting it into diet. Pork Tenderloin last night, 4 lean beef hot dogs and 2 buns tonight, 2 small burgers and buns tomorrow night with no snacks tomorrow, and grilled chicken breast topped with sauteed mushroom and onion on Monday.

242.0 today.

49 less than when I was in the hospital last September.

Taking a month off w/ no booze. Last drink was Thursday night at BR actually. Running 4 miles a clip 3 times a week and being conscious of my diet and snacking.

Let's see what that yields.

Been stuck at 185'ish for a few weeks.

Getting back on track this week. All parties and events have passed. Not saying what my current weight is, but will update as it becomes less and less.

We put a ton of meat and veggies on the smoker, so we basically don't have to cook all week, and have quick healthy meals when we get home from work.

Me either! Although today I reached my first goal. Second goal is another 5 lb loss, and the third will be another 5 lb loss after that. Then I'll just be in maintenance mode from then on out.

All women weigh 110-120, and are no more than 29 years old.

Well, at least one part of that statement is true in my case.

I was stuck around 206 for the longest, but I finally broke through over the past week or so. I'm real close to busting 200 now.

Finally undid the trip damage. Back to 203lbs, back to 19lbs total lost.

So close to 20lbs lost and so close to under 200lbs.

AND.... I'm leaving again tomorrow to visit with my parents for a week.

I'm going to allow myself one night at the local fish camp. Every other night I'm eating chicken breast, even if I have to make it separately myself. I am NOT losing another entire month of progress.
