And Atl. TV had a segment on the other day about a criminal that has been arrested 46 times. The jail is just a revolving door for him.

Man with theft charges released Wednesday, arrested second time for jail parking lot theft Friday

Richard Allen Moss, 63, of Calhoun was arrested Friday morning June 7, 2013, after deputies witnessed him stealing tools out of a personal vehicle in the jail parking lot, according to the Gordon County Sheriff's office.

Moss reportedly was at the jail to claim personal items from his release from the jail on Wednesday, June 5, regarding theft charges.

According to reports, deputies inside the jail walked outside and arrested Moss for a second time for theft.

Moss offered no resistance and reportedly told investigating detectives that he took the tools with the intent of selling them at this weekend's Dixie Highway Yard Sale event.

Moss was booked into the Gordon County Jail.

Sounds like the guy is institutionalized.....he likes the structure and order of jail. Either that, or he's just a reaaaallllly bad criminal.
