What defensive ammo has worked will in your Operator TRP?

Wilsons gave me problems. I use Chop McCormick Power Mags and find them to be very trouble free in a TRP. As for ammo, currently I am using Federal HST, but have also had good luck with Ranger SXT.

Contrats on the Pro! Hope it's less than 18 months but should be worth the wait.

I'm going to replace the existing grips with some from Davidson for sure. The fit of these it great and as I said above, they look a lot better in person than in the pics; just want something more like the original grips.

I've had good luck with the Wilsons in my Kimber but from what I've read, quite a few people have had issues with them in the TRP. The ones in my pic are actually the 7 round Officers version. Just have 3 original Springfields for the TRP. I'll look into the McComricks. The Power Mags are 8 round, right?

Appreciate your concern. I guess I should have been more careful in my use of the word accurate.

The TRP will pretty much shoot one ragged hole at self defense ranges if I do my part. While I can't do that with the Kimber, I have no trouble keeping shots on target.
