Canucks struggle to understand stuff like that. Late last year, Meathead was trying to convince us housing was a ton cheaper in the US because someone he knew got a cheap house in Norristown PA. 50 years ago, Norristown was a very nice town, now about half of it is a ghetto, so the other half is walking distance to the ghetto. The schools there are more like zoos, bars on every window, every door is very heavy duty, and locked whenever class is in session, metal detectors at the entrance. I wouldn't walk around on the streets of the non-ghetto part of the town at night, even with a sidearm. Too many roving bands of guys up to no good. Yeah, that house was cheap for at least a dozen reasons.

It's 2,100 square feet. Most of what you are looking at are attic dormers....decorative. I'd be surprised if that house has any second floor living.....maybe a bedroom? There's a small house on my block, about 2,400, that has two bedrooms and a shared full bath upstairs.....that's it.
