You can have the greatest Quality Control in the world to test your product but
it pales to what the general public (with the lowest common denominators), can put that product through, including by-passing every safety factor built into it...

When the lid switch on my washer failed, I bypassed it with a wire, as a temporary fix just to get the laundry done. That was a month ago.
