It's predatory instinct to target the smallest and weakest. Lacking intelligence people only have instinct and emotion to rule their actions. They're basically functioning on the level of animals.

I'm no small guy (6'2" >200lbs) and have never been threatened except when outnumbered 4:1. This is not specific to african skin coloring, I've also experienced it from whites and asians.

Cop did it right. The only thing I didn't see him do was load another cartridge into the taser. Yes he had a charge left, but the prongs were in the dude on the ground. Pulling the trigger would've zapped the wrong guy...again. While funny to think about...employing intermediate force it not a laughing matter. That cop was NOT ****ing around and it was obvious to the dudes on the ground (and nice to see for a change). That's why they were compliant. That cop was the epitome of "**** around and find out." When we've had hundreds of educational establishments and their administrators telling people they have to many Asians in the higher learning institutions and they will reduce their numbers this helps breed racism. Yet the MSM claim calling Covid 19 the China flu ( Which they did for months until their Chinese masters told them to stop)

Which is the dumbest thing ever, as minority communities are often located within "food deserts" where there are few if any grocery stores nearby. So here is somebody who takes the risk and opens a store in your neighborhood and your gonna ****ing protest against them?
