made some progress today. need to let the caulk cure that is holding the glass, then attach the hinge, and it's done.

cracking glass is not a sound you want to hear at this point!

i'm attaching the hinge, and on the third screw on the top side, as i drive it home, i hear a small "crack" uh oh......

look carefully, and the screw just barely chipped the edge of the glass, removed the offending chip, no other cracks noticed, put the rest of the screws in place, all is well, let's call this done.



now to pack it up and send it off.
