35 minutes both ways is what I’ve had for over a year. Before that it was less than 5 mins to work. That lasted 18 months.

My wife used to commute here for years. Now that I’m close to retirement (and closer to the MIL), I decided it was my turn. Glad I made the move from a sprawling, featureless suburbia wracked with malls, gas stations, and chain restaurants to an historic city teeming with live music, great restaurants, and fascinating american history.

Did you know that rock music as we know it, not the Buddy Holly kind, was born a mile or two away? Neither did I.

Before the Kungflu hit, my commute to work could be either 30 minutes to 2.5hrs (close to 1hrand 15 minutes) to go 22 miles and that wasn't even during rush hour. I-295 and the damn Buckman bridge

Now that I work in Yulee, FL my average commute is only 45 minutes whether it's rush hour or not. I'll take that over the stop and go crap.
