Florida house settlements......BS...

Wife has a client she/crew been doing a bunch of house repair/paint/remodeling for....for some time now...the lady lives not far from wife's family home.....

AND so the lady went to buy another house, settlement delayed on account of effed up FLORIDA laws.....AND some issue about Social Security payments to her vs what the lady makes in business....

and SO, if some loan officer can't make that decision in about 3 days in this computer age....HE IS FIRED!!!!.....meanwhile the lady is crying in that there is no settlement, she has packed up all her crap, prepared to move, and other shit, and so the owners have taken a cash offer from someone else.....

be ME, I would sue the ever loving CRAP outta that totally incompetent loan officer AND his company/outfit......

AND so the lady has taken a down payment on her present home.....lovely pile of shit.....

You know some 21 years ago I took a guy that bought my house in overpriced Faryland, outside DC.....about 3 weeks to secure financing..... and he was moving from Hawaii......

and yeh, there was a mortgage.....

I would THINK that with computers these daze, thee are no USMAIL delivery delays, much less some stupid kid typing out the BS, stuffing the envelope and sending it for a week in transit....

today, it's type, punch SEND, and GAWN!!! I give them a week, and BEING NICE!!!!
