I know what it's like having to drive a distance to work. For 2.5 years I drove 86 miles a day to and from work. 3 years ago I got a job closer to home now I drive 16 miles to and from work. Good luck in your new job.

I walk to work every day..

Can do it in one step if I really try from my bed to my desk chair, but usually take two steps.

It's almost 8am here now so may walk back to bed soon..

thats great, yea my job is 49 one way it really sucks thats a long commute, spend almost 4 hours daily just to go to work, especially when its snowing

I have to ask, no more cryptic Joebuck, Dixie, secrets chit..

Just what is this job about, and why is it like pulling teeth to get it out of you?

I had a buddy that was the movie projectionist at Kitty's Pleasure Palace in Denver years ago.

Heck.. he wasn't even the least bit ashamed that he even sometimes worked at the front counter selling Kleenex for 50 cents a pack on some days.

I apologize...I didn't realize I was being all that secret. It's a complete deal at this point. Job offered, I accepted, and gave notice today.

My title would be Installation Manager at Apex Fence in Canton Georgia. It's mostly a planning and purchasing position, and making sure that the inner gears are greased good everyday. I'm truly excited for this opportunity for a multitude of reasons!!!
